Agenda

09:00 to 09:30 – Registration and Light Breakfast

09:30 to 11:00Overview: An introduction to the pieces of Strategy Mountain.

11:00 to 11:15 – Break with Tea, Coffee & Light Snacks

11:15 to 12:45Describing the Peak: Attendees will be given an exercise called Desired Outcomes to help them understand where they are going, who it is for and how they will know it is successful when they get there.

12:45 to 13:30 – Lunch (provided)

13:30 to 15:00Crafting a Path Up the Mountain: Using a project management concept known as back-planning, attendees will create a path to the mountain peak. Attendees will come up with their primary path and learn the tools for evaluating results as they might move along them.

15:00 to 15:15 – Break with Tea, Coffee & Light Snacks

15:15 to 16:45Conclusion: At the end of the workshop we will evaluate the skills and processes learned throughout the day so attendees will be able to go back to their workplace with a tangible tool for developing strategies that can be easily understood and shared with cross-functional leaders and teammates.
